The group’s strategic focus is value creation, growth and consolidation for maximization of shareholder value. THL operates as an investment company with three key Strategic Business Units (SBU’s). The SBU’s are strengthened and consolidated through additional acquisitions and strategic partnerships with partners of common vision and strategic focus.  THL’s long-term view is for each of the SBU’s to be listed on the Zimbabwe stock exchange on its own.
